Updating Android installation makes Creator hide the highlighted examples and the Andriod targets

Make original installation with only binary package (Android) selected. When installation has finished, launch Creator and see that Welcome-Examples shows the highlighted examples. Select one example and configure (configure the Android kit if not done yet).

Close Creator and run Maintenancetool, add for example one of the additional libraries to installation (QtCharts used in test).

When finished, launch Creator and see the Welcome-Examples, no examples are listed. Also, if opening any project with File-Open project, the configure page only shows desktop binary package (gcc/MinGW) as an option, no Android targets visible anymore, even though the Android binaries do exist in the install dir.

Does not reproduce if the original installation has gcc binaries installed instead of Android.

Reproduces on linux and Windows, macOS not tested.

Does not reproduce with Qt6.1.2.
