QTableView: When ScrollPerItem is set and the last column is resized to be bigger than the viewport and then made smaller there is white space that appears

      QTableView: When ScrollPerItem is set and the last column is resized to be bigger than the viewport and then made smaller there is white space that appears. Once the user scrolls however then the white space goes away.

      To reproduce using the chart example:

      1 - Resize the last column to be bigger
      2 - Scroll to the end of the view horizontally
      3 - Resize the column to be smaller
      4 - Note the whitespace that appears
