Hash verification error during installation

I am trying since yesterday to install the free open source version of Qt to my computer, however everytime it get stuck at around 29%, when it tries to verify the file

• 2019-11-07-0X64 Debuggers and Tools-x64_en-us.7z

I retried it several times without any luck and searching this jira, there are several people that experianced this issue in the past. The exact error message in the end is:

Cannot fetch archives: Cannot verify Hash Error while loading http://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/tools_qtcreator/qt.tools.windows_kits_debuggers/2019-11-07-0X64 Debuggers and Tools-x64_en-us.7z

I am sitting in germany. In the other issues it seeems like there were outdated servers an issue.
