QDockWidget: setDockOptions(QMainWindow::ForceTabbedDocks) has no effect

      If the setDockOptions(QMainWindow::ForceTabbedDocks) option is set on the QMainWindow, QTabWidgets are supposed to be forced into a tabbed layout. However, this only happens after the user moves each QTabWidget slightly. The attached example reproduces the problem on Windows with Qt 4.6.2
