Webengine widget not visible in Designer UI

      Install Qt6.2.0 beta3 gcc and WebEngine binaries, and launch Designer. WebEngine widget is not visible in Designer UI.

      Compared to 5.15, following file is not included in prebuild binaries:

      gcc_64/plugins/designer/libqwebengineview.so
