SOCKS5 in the network testing server doesn't support <something>

    Description

      After some recent change in the network testing server tst_QTcpSocket::hostNotFound fails with SOCKS 5. It expects a HostNotFoundError, but gets OperationNotSupported instead.

      Tests that try to listen() or bind() fails as well, with ConnectionNotAllowed.
