Review CoreLib's CodeChecker issues.

Core lib has (vpn only) 779 open issues in the following priorities: high 271, medium 112, low 384, style 5, unspecified 7.
The overwhelming majority have not been reviewed.
While there may be many false positives, we should at least check a sample of each category of issue to see which categories are just the cool crying "wolf !" and which actually reveal issues.
