Remove qtgraphicaleffects sources in Qt 6.2+ repository branches

      qtgraphicaleffects is not supported anymore in Qt 6.

      We should remove the sources in the 6.2 and dev branches.
      This removes a lot of confusion for users that recursively git clone qt5.git and try to build qtgraphicaleffects, which fails.
