Description
Every time a b2qt test run is performed in Jenkins, a virtual machine is not terminated from Oulu opennebula after the test.
Please see for example the end of console log in:
In the end of a test job console log, we see that the test job environment variable HOSTOS is incorrectly set and this is why dc-rta-launcher fails. The variable value is set to ubuntu, even the valid values according to dc-rta-launcher are ubuntu18_04 and ubuntu20_04:

dc-rta-launcher is used to create and terminate virtual machines in Oulu opennebula.
