Cannot freeze or discard tab in the browser

      Steps to reproduce:

      Run WebEngine Lifecycle example
      Open new tab
      Try freeze or discard it

      Expected: Tab should be frozen/discarded without any issues
      Actual: It is impossible to set tab as frozen/discarded

      Tested with Qt 5.15.5 on Windows 10 (MSVC2019 64bit)
