Singletons with clearComponentCache don't fully work

To reproduce, run attached example and click "Toggle" button twice. It prints:

qrc:/SimpleApp.qml:9:5: Unable to assign TestComponent_QMLTYPE_0 to TestComponent_QMLTYPE_4

and further clicking increases the _4 while the assigned type remains _0.
