Some popup windows are misaligned on multiple screens

Phenomenon:

    When the window is on two screens, the popups of some controls are not aligned. Refer to the picture below, the division of the screen is the red line on the picture.

I don't know if this is a BUG, because when the popup window is at the edge of the screen, it needs to be displayed on the screen. But this looks strange on multiple screens.
