Issues with lifecycle example

    Description

      Trying the lifecycle example reveals several issues for me:

      • Can't navigate to new URL in new tab (can enter one but it does nothing)
      • Can set manual lifecycle when automatic lifecycle control is active (see QTBUG-95772)
      • The tab tooltips are so narrow they are oddly vertical.
