    Description

      CMake prints:

      -- The following packages have been found:

 * QtBuildInternals
 * WrapZLIB (required version >= 1.0.8)
 * ZSTD (required version >= 1.3), ZSTD compression library, <https://github.com/facebook/zstd>

      And later prints:

      -- The following OPTIONAL packages have not been found:

 * zstd

      Both opposites cannot be true at the same time.

      The same problem applies to Brotli, PCRE2, and harfbuzz.
