QDockWidget suggestions

      QDockWidget has currently no love whatsoever.

      1 QDockWidgets have no auto hide feature in Qt unlike GTK+, Windows (see in Visual Studio)
      2. There are no notifications of any kind for QDockWidgets with interaction.
      a. No notification for when a dock is dropped on to another to make them tabbed
      b. No notifications of where they are added.
      c. No notifications if they are floating.
      d. No notifications of if they were previously tabbed and pulled off of each other.

      Probably some more but I cannot think of anymore right now but I'll list them if I can remember. Please add these features, they are long overdue and it's really a pain to implement these features.
