configure -list-features does not list webengine features

      Running "configure.bat -list-features" does not produce switchable features/options for WebEngine, even though it is in source tree.

      Also, trying to switch of various "known" WebEngine features, like "-no-feature-webengine-printing-and-pdf" produces CMake errors about unknown "switch" and aborts configuration phase.
