Research, improve and potentially unify Qt application deployment story around CPack

    Description

      Now that CMake is the main build system we intend to support for Qt 6, we should look into how we can improve the deployment story for Qt 6 CMake applications across all supported platforms.

      Potentially by replacing all the *deployqt tools with CPack, but in the initial revision, more likely by wrapping the various *deployqt tools around a CPack script.
