QInputMethod::visibleChanged was not send when keyboard is open and close with QtTextInputMethodManager

      We make use of an Qt ivi wayland compositor and Qt 5.12.11.
      and integrated the patch of QTBUG-85554 and https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtwayland/+/311730.

      The new input method is used for Handwriting, while the old input method is used for the default keyboard.

      Using the handwriting keyboard we noticed that when the keyboard is closed by clicking somewhere on the screen we do not receive the visibleChanged signal.

      While for the default virtual keyboard this is not the case and we always receive it.
