qdoc: The obsolete members page for the QtMac namespace is not generated

    Description

      The QtMac namespace is a special case in that it only contains obsolete members and nothing else. QDoc fails to generate the qtmac-obsolete.html page.

       

      We need to backport fixes from QDoc on 6.x.
