I got a plain new Windows 10 computer here, downloaded the qt-unified-windows-x86-4.1.1-online.exe and started installing...

Neither Qt 15.2 nor Qt 15.1 finished. Both failed when reaching 33% with the message
Hash verification while downloading failed. This is a temporary error, please retry

It turned out that waiting (more than 1 hour) solved this. (In other bugreports it kept failing)

My suggestion:

Include information about

• the chosen mirror that failed the hash verification
• how to select the mirro manually

to avoid reduce puzzling bug reports about this.
