Description
Attempting to configure an Android build in the qtdeclarative repo results in a fatal error like the following:
CMake Error at /home/craig/Projects/qt5/qtbase/cmake/QtToolHelpers.cmake:50 (message): The tool "qjstest" has not been assigned to a module via TOOLS_TARGET (so it can't be found) and it can't be built (QT_WILL_BUILD_TOOLS is FALSE). Call Stack (most recent call first): tests/auto/qml/ecmascripttests/qjstest/CMakeLists.txt:8 (qt_internal_add_tool)
