When camera example was put in the background once it returned can’t be used anymore

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run camera example on Android device
      2. Select the video tab
      3. Put the app in the background
      4. Return from the background

      Expected:
      1. User should have an option to use the app
      Actual:
      1. App can't be used anymore
