Force border around scrollbar in QScrollArea

    Description

      Please se relevant pictures here.

      Thing is that scrollbar is missing the "outer" border when used within QSCrollArea. Not sure how to force QScrollArea to behave like top picture and not like bottom picture (which is default look on Windows and Linux as tested).
