QTabBar: When using Japanese characters as the label for a tab and the tabs are positioned South then the text can be vertically truncated if the tab is not selected

      QTabBar: When using Japanese characters as the label for a tab and the tabs are positioned South then the text can be vertically truncated if the tab is not selected.

      The attached example reproduces this problem, note that in order for the example to work you need to have MS UI Gothic installed as a font.
