Description
This happened after implementing an auto-test trying the hard-wire the behavior of QDir::mkpath() to return true when given an root drive. See this review for discussion and the #if-ery that should be removed once this is fixed. The fun fact is that it only seems to happen in our CI, I nor Eike could reproduce it on a regular system.
