    Description

      TapHandler, HoverHandler and probably all other handlers are not functional when created in scope of ListView.

      Example:

      import QtQuick
      import QtQuick.Window

      Window {
          width: 640
          height: 480

          visible: true

          ListView {
              anchors.fill: parent

              TapHandler {
                  onTapped: console.log("left clicked")
              }
              TapHandler {
                  acceptedButtons: Qt.RightButton
                  onTapped: console.log("right clicked")
              }
              HoverHandler {
                  cursorShape: Qt.BusyCursor
              }
          }
      }
