Qt appications stop starting after enabling the Phone Memory Encryption.

Before enabling the phone memory encryption - Qt demo applications and other Qt applications start properly.

After enabling encryption by the folowing steps:

1. Menu
2. Ctrl. Panel
3. Phone
4. Encryption
5. Options -> Change -> On

Qt applications stop starting.

After setting memory encryption to Off - Qt applications start again.

This bug prevents use of Qt applications in the devices with high security level (e.g. where phone memory encryption is required ).
