I think if CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY is set the wasm_shell.html/qtloader.js/qtlogo.svg should be copied there.

The js and wasm file are placed in the CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY.
