Extra spacing between some characters with certain fonts

      At Calibri 10pt (and possibly other fonts/sizes), Qt is adding extra space between certain characters, notably uppercase characters followed by lowercase characters, as compared to GDI text. The resulting text looks very awkward. A comparison is attached.
