      you can change data folder with qt.conf file

      if you change this folder and put inside resources folder needed by QtWebEngineProcess.exe, browser is well created but never display wanted page

      debug.log put this message ":ERROR:icu_util.cc(252)] Couldn't mmap icu data file"

      Was working with Qt5. but not blocking if you keep resources folder next to QtWebEngineProcess.exe
