[REG 5.12.11->5.12.12] licheck not working on RHEL7.4 x64 (Qt5.12)

    Description

      Install 5.12.12 snapshot on RHEL 7.4 (supported host), run

      licheck64 --version

      Results:

      ./licheck64: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found (required by ./licheck64)
./licheck64: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found (required by ./licheck64)

      Also, RTA test is unable to compile any of the examples, maybe this is the rootcause.

      Works fine on Ubuntu18.04.
