BT LE Android server connectivity status with multiple connections

      A BTLE peripheral (aka. server) can serve multiple device connections concurrently.

      The connectivity status reporting on Android BTLE server however currently reports
      device connectivity related events (connect or disconnect) directly as they occur.

      For example if there are two devices connected and one of them disconnects, the server will report having been disconnected which might be misleading for the code that runs the server.
