Supportability for WebOS

    Description

      Declaration of Qt official support for WebOS is an essential need for LG. This can be done based on the stability of the LG parallel CI setup and potential support of WebOS in Qt CI.
      As TQC is not distributing webOS packages ofr Qt, but LG is the distributor having a Qt version as part of webOS, the support here means that we have tested and validated webOS OSE with Qt 6.3 as was done for Qt 6.2.
      In practice webOS needs to be mentioned in the release specific supported platforms pages.
