    • Affects Version/s: 5.15.2

    • Component/s: QPA: Wayland
    • Labels:

    • Environment:
      Arch Linux, kernel version 5.14-2
KDE Plasma 5.23, KDE Frameworks 5.87.0, Qt 5.15.2
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 with NVIDIA driver 470.74
    • Platform/s:
      Linux/Wayland

      Description

It is known that NVIDIA proprietary driver doesn't preserve graphic context, so everything needs to be redrawn. As I observe, this is not the case when using Wayland.

I'll additionally file bug report to KDE project.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login in Plasma 5.23 Wayland Session
      2. Suspend computer and wake it up
      3. Observe corrupted graphics (or see attached screenshots)
