Renesas D3 QBSP support (internal use)

What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?

We have had D3 draak board support in 5.15 and partnership with Renesas is in the talks. Target in this work item is to also support D3 in Qt6.

The renease BSP layer in Yocto Dunfell again supports the D3 (draak) board.

This makes is possible to support it again in 5.15 LTS release and 6.3.

Bring back support for the board in meta-boot2qt-renesas.

After BSP assistance is received form Renesas (also graphics libraris) the remaining work for build should be small, again the main work is in testing.

Yocto Kirkstone support in the Renesas BSP layer would be good to have, and has been requested.
