Do not use sccache in default profiles

    Description

      Conan profiles like windows-x86_64-msvc2019_64 currently require sccache to be available at runtime. This might be good for the CI, but most other users won't have sscache installed.

      The default profiles IMO shouldn't rely on sccache. Maybe it's possible to have separate profiles for the CI?
