Enable support for uncompressed libs in Android APK

    Description

      Enable Qt to load libraries directly from the APK, so that the libs won't need to be extracted and also this can be useful in the scenario of running the app as a system app where we wouldn't need to worry about libs being extracted and deployed to the system as well.
