    Description

      qDebug() << "looking for viewports \u1f5bc";

      outputs

      looking for viewports Ὓc

      I don't think it's a terminal bug: e.g. I can paste this symbol from kcharselect into konsole. (Both of those are still built with Qt 5 on my system.)
