Add generic packaging templates for a preview from 'dev'

    Description

      Start offering regular snapshots from 'dev' branch under 'Preview node' & in Preview -category. These will use generic packaging templates instead of dummy ones. Needs a support from IFW, see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTIFW-2380
