Move Android tools docs from qtdoc to qtbase

The docs for androiddeployqt currently live under qtdoc, however the tool itself lives under qtbase, this can be easily lead to adding changes to the tool without documenting them. The same applies to the Manifest for example. So it would make more sense if the relevant docs live close to their implementation.

This should also look for any other docs that could be moved, in addition to the mentioned ones.
