Retrying to obtain clipboard emitted as warning

On line 127 of https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtbase.git/tree/src/plugins/platforms/windows/qwindowsclipboard.cpp retrying to obtain clipboard is emitted as a warning. I don't think it should be a warning as this is expected behavior on Windows. I think it should be info or debug. Now it shows up in logs and developers wonder what it is.
