QWaylandClient - setInputMethodHints() doesn't work with QtTextInputMethodManager

    Description

      We make use of an Qt ivi wayland compositor and Qt 5.12.11.
      and integrated the patch of QTBUG-85554 and https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtwayland/+/311730.

      The issues are reproducable on both

      • Snapdragon 820A development board running Linux and Wayland 1.9
      • Ubuntu 20 and Wayland 1.16

      Observed issue:

      • When the WaylandClient sets a inputMethodHint. It is not considered by the Compositor/Keyboard. e.g. 
        setInputMethodHints(Qt::ImhDialableCharactersOnly)

      When using the inputMethod: TextInputManager it is working fine. When using QtTextInputMethodManager the request is ignored.
