Offline installer fails to install for perpetual user.

    • Qt Installer Sprint 63, Qt Installer Sprint 64, Qt Installer Sprint 65, Qt Installer Sprint 66

    Description

      User has perpetual license and he should be able to install Qt 5.15.4

      Installation fails every with the offline installer.

      Using user credentials, manual license key or resetting local license files does not help.

       

      Installer error log attached.
