cannot compile DLL with MSVC2019 ARM64: configuration issues

Compiling a DLL works, compiling a project that uses this DLL fails with LNK2019 and LNK1120 errors.

In the output there you can read this:

The kit Desktop Qt 6.2.1 MSVC2019 ARM64 has configuration issues which might be the root cause for this problem.

You can reproduce by trying to compile the annexed project (QtWebApp is the DLL).
