[B2Qt 5.12 and 5.15] CMake not getting installed if no desktop binary is installed

      If one selects only a device creation toolchain from the installer UI (no Qt desktop binary selected), there comes an error during the installation process and the Kit is not getting registered to QtCreator. Installation log shows:
      Warning: Error: CMake tool qt.tools.cmake does not exist.

      Reproduces with Ubuntu 18.04
