      Launch designer via `designer.exe`

      Designer failed to load plugin pysideplugin.dll, but the file is in the right place.

      And the designer crashed when the QWebEngineView is clicked.

      Launch designer via `pyside6-designer.exe`

      Designer successfully load plugins.

      But the designer crashed when the QWebEngineView is clicked also.
