alert的闪烁，开始是一直闪烁，闪烁一定时间后就会停止闪烁，固定为一个颜色，但是再来信息就不闪了，我们想知道的是第一条信息发了我们收到通知没看，我们还想看到第二条信息发来，呈现闪烁状态。
