Automotive HW and DCE licence

New Device Creation Enterprise (DCE) licence type will be introduced in the beginning of 2022. It is planned to have the widest selection of functionality including hardware. In particular from HW perspective automotive HW listed below is only intended to be available via the DCE licence:

• Renesas Car series: E2,E3,D3,H3 Salvator-X/XS, M3 Salvator-X/XS with Yocto
• NVIDIA Drive series: CX, PX, PX Xavier with Yocto ** removed due to being out of support
• Qualcomm: SA8155P, SA6155P with AAOS11/12, INTEGRITY 19.03, QNX 7.1 and later 8155 with Hypervisor and QNX and Android on top
• NXP: iMX8QM with QNX 7.1 (iMX8QM with Yocto remains with DC licence)

However, since licencing prevents distributing Renesas, NVIDIA and Qualcomm images, these are distributed in source code only. Hence the impact to Qt installer is small, only the existing QAA QBSP (not hardware-specific containing no BSP code) would be available in the installer.
