implement QPlatformMediaPlayer for wasm

      Currently, there is support for wasm audio input and output in Qt6 Multimedia module, but no implementation of QPlatformMediaPlayer which is needed for playing media files.

       

      This is a task for implementing basic media playing on the WebAssembly platform.

       

      Whereas the audiooutput example works (QAudioSink), but using QAudioOutput does not. See linked bug report for more information.
