[macOS] QPushButton is broken in macOS Monterey

    Description

      1. The default button is NOT displayed correctly upon startup (only after getting focus) (qtbug_1_buttons_startup_broken.png, Qt 5.15.7 only)
      2. The default button is drawn incorrectly when pressed (qtbug_3_buttons_normal_pressed_broken.png)
      3. The normal button is drawn incorrectly when pressed (qtbug_4_buttons_default_pressed_broken.png)
